At Rebel Parents Society (RPS), all of our products are print-on-demand (POD). This means that each item is made specifically for you after you place your order, allowing us to provide unique, custom-designed products. Please read the shipping details below for more information on processing, shipping times, and rates.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. This includes time for design printing and quality checks, which can vary depending on demand and order volume. Since each product is made to order, processing times may differ depending on the product type.

Shipping Time

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Once processed, orders typically take 3–7 business days for delivery via standard shipping methods.

International Orders: Shipping for international orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on your country’s location and customs processing. Delivery times for international orders are subject to customs clearance delays and the carrier’s availability.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors like weather, carrier delays, and local holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Rates are based on standard shipping services provided during fulfillment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your package through the carrier. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rebelparentssociety.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We offer coverage for damaged goods, and we will assist you with claims for replacements or refunds where applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. RPS and our fulfillment partners are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll try to make corrections before the order ships.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping providers may be subject to varying customs regulations depending on the country of import. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
