Curriculum/Educational Products (Physical and Digital)

We are committed to your growth as a parent and believer. If you're not fully satisfied with your workbooks, journals, conversation cards, courses, or digital downloads, we’ve got your back.

  • Printed materials (like workbooks and journals) are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The materials must be unaltered and not written in.
  • Digital products and courses come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
  • If any curriculum item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Apparel

  • You may request a return/exchange for apparel items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed to qualify.
  • The only reason for a return/exchange will be misprints or damage.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please be sure to review the sizing chart on the product page before placing your order.

Accessories

  • You may request a return/exchange for accessories (including stickers and drinkware) within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be granted if the item is damaged or misprinted.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.

How to Request a Refund

  • Provide Proof: If the item is defective or damaged, we may ask for a photo as proof.
  • Approval & Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
